First time I have dealt with this company and so far more than happy with my refurbished computer purchase. Website was easy to navigate, payment no issue and feedback on delivery status was excellent. In addition, my purchase was well protected against any rough handling by the courier service.The only issue I have relates to their comment(s) regarding 'wear and tear.' My unit is badly scratched/scuffed and has a couple of deep 'dings.' However, given that the specs. were as advertised plus the excellent price point and the fact that I have had no hardware issues to date warrants (I believe) a 5 Star rating.
