Warranty and Returns Policy

Warranty Policy

We offer a 6-month warranty from the date the client receives the device/s, excluding printers, which have a 3-month warranty. All our device/s are fully tested prior to being delivered. If the device is defective within 7 days of purchase, we will accumulate any courier charge to assess and repair/replace the device.

All certified refurbished hardware is warranted, excluding any accessories such as keyboards, mouses, batteries and chargers, which are not covered after the initial 7-day period. Our warranty covers the hardware provided, barring any malicious, wear & tear or physical damage to the device/s.

We are  not held responsible any data, software or information loss. Upon receiving the returned device/s, we will conduct testing to pinpoint the reported fault. Should the device/s be found in good working order without defects after testing, we will return it to the customer, and the client will be responsible for the courier costs associated with the return.

This warranty is void if the device/s have been worked upon, altered or damaged in any way by the customer or its employees or agents.

Return Policy

If the client is not completely satisfied with the device/s, the client may return the device/s to us within 7 days of receiving the device/s and we will credit or refund the client based on the client’s preference.
If there is no fault with the device/s, the client is liable for the courier cost. 

Kindly ensure you pack the device/s with care. The courier is entitled to refuse the collection if the device/s is not properly packaged for collection.
NB: Please remember to RETURN ALL ACCESSORIES including cables, that was received with the original device/s. The refund will not be processed unless all accessories are returned.

We will inspect the device/s and once we have validated the return, we will credit the client’s account with the device/s purchase price minus the payment fees* within 7 days of the return of the product.
If the client returns any device/s to us by mistake and the client wants these returned, the client will be liable for the cost of having the device/s returned.

Please note: The 7-day return policy will not apply to:

  • Damage to the device/s by accident, abuse, or misuse (outside of its intended or permitted uses), spillage of food or liquid, other external causes, including fire, an act of God or State, flooding, or lightning, load shedding, improper voltage, or power supply, cosmetic damage to the device/s after delivery.
  • If the client received the wrong order, received a defective device/s , or has missing accessories the asset will be couriered back at no charge.

*Payment fees include any fees incurred by the chosen payment gateway i.e, Walletdoc, Bob Pay, PayFlex etc.
